Since middle school I had challenges with my acne. I was introduced to all types of products from soaps to vitamins and everything in between. At that time there wasn't to many people in my life who knew much about healthy eating. Can you believe that when I cut back on the following, my skin started to clear up?!
This helped :
*Wash your face and body with this all natural line of products: https://www.facebook.com/SoFNaturalSoaps (got my soap from Wegmens Grocery in the organic section.) You can also get it from amazon.com
*No more Junk food/ fast food/Sweets for at least 6 weeks (replacements: oranges, grapes, olives, strawberries, peaches, plums, bananas, wheat cracker, blueberries etc)
*Less meat/poultry (replacements: unsalted cashews, almond milk, etc (not so much dairy)

I now drink a lot of water! Now water and juicing are my two main source of fluids. I drink around 6-7 bottles of water a day ( 1 bottle of morning before I juiced. 2 bottles of water between 12 noon to 3 pm in the afternoon. 1 between 5-7 and 1 or 2 at dinner time . I normally like to stop drinking water around 9 pm but that based on my own lifestyle. You can change it to what works best for your life style
Another very important step is to rest up and try to stay stress free. That was hard at first with my busy life, but I meditate and do activities that allow me to relax and have peace.
There are several types of acne and the more severe cases may need more time to see results but what I do know is that it worked for me. Down below is a picture of a 3 women with acne and the scaring. It is pretty close to what my face use to look like without makeup: As for the acne blemishes and left over marks, using baking soda as a scrub and shay/coco butter to moisturizing and fading. here goes:
Remember, eating right plays a major role along with filling your body with water!
It is recommended to consult a dermatologist for immediate help if you have severe acne or if you don't see results.
